Spore isn't appearing in My Game Library [ Edited ]

Greetings! Last Easter, a friend had bought me both Spore and the Galactic Adventures expansion packs and I had redeemed the codes as soon as he sent them my way. In the time since then, my previous laptop has broken. No big deal-- today I just got my new one up and running today. However, when I opened origin to redownload my games, Spore was completely missing! It's still missing, all I have left are The Sims 4 and the Galactic Adventures expansion pack for Spore. 

Whenever I try to open the expansion pack, I receive the following message:

I cannot re-enter the code for Spore-- it just hits me with the following message as well:

Because of the lack of funds I have right now, as my grandmother was the one who had purchased this new laptop for me, I'd rather not spend $20 on a game I've already had. Thanks!

In this case, you need to contact a game advisor. Spore is an older game and the code cannot be redeemed via Origin
