I own ga but spore.com doesn't think that I own it.

Do you own it on steam? if so try downloading the game from Origin and log in from there.

Which client do you use! If you are using Steam, you must first to redeem the code in orgin

I don't work for EA, but I‘m the helping hands for Sims on Mac, Simpsons players …

When this happened to me i just resorted to contacting EA customer support and they fixed the problem for me.
