Spore.com didn't reconize my creepy & cute parts pack

i download both galactic adventure and creepy&cute at steam and i redeem them at origin at the same time. Spore.com reconize galactic adventure as well but it doesn't reconize my creepy&cute. it make me can't upload any creature that i use creepy&cute part.
