I updated a previous post of mine and the formatting of it was completely broken. I tried to fix it and it deleted itself for no reason, so I am reuploading.
This is a long known problem. Unfortunately it seems as though EA are refusing to fix it as "Spore's online features are disabled" despite the fact that this is obviously not true.

Originally I was just trying to find out why Spore.com wasn't accepting my uploaded creatures even though the game said they were shared. The website is, for some reason, refusing to accept that I own Galactic Adventures, even though it DID accept creepy&cute when I redeemed it on Origin precisely 20 seconds before redeeming Galactic Adventures on Origin as well. I tested this by running regular Spore instead of galactic adventures and, sure enough, I could upload my creatures through it.
I HAVE REDEEMED MY CODES. I DON'T NEED HELP WITH LINKING MY ACCOUNT OR LOGGING IN, THIS IS A TECHNICAL PROBLEM.
When I share creatures, they are not uploaded to the website, and thus cannot be downloaded by others.
The website doesn't recognize that I own Galactic Adventures, for some reason. This is now known to be the cause of this problem.
I bought Spore & its content on steam. I have redeemed all the codes and Origin knows I own it. Spore.com even knows I own Creepy&Cute, which I redeemed along with Galactic.

My profile. You'll see there's only two creatures. I've made many others, and shared them. The game automatically shared some, and I manually did some, but none of them have gone through because I was playing Galactic Adventures when I made them, and as a result they were not uploaded. When running the base game, however, it still says they are shared to the Sporepedia even though they obviously are not.
I have already contacted five game advisors. They mostly do not know what I am talking about, some have contacted higher-ups who just said that Spore was dead, and one even ended the chat when I told him my problem. I guess I'm posting this primarily to let others know about it now.
