Spore Register and login error occurred

I've Made an EA account which is also my Spore and Origins account and I still cannot get logged in. My email is verified and I keep getting an unknown error occurred when doing the EA registering on Spore and I tried signing in with the Spore Login and 'Error occurred when logging in to the Spore Servers'...Can somebody please help me?
