Spore Galactic Adventures is not appearing in my Origin account.

Spore Galactic Adventures is not appearing in my Origin account.

I have the physical version of the game that I purchased a decade ago.  I spoke with EA customer service today and they were able to add the base game and Creepy and Cute to my Origin account using my game codes.  They also added Galactic Adventures to my account and verified that it is showing as linked to my account.

However, on my end it is completely missing.  Galactic Adventures does not appear in the DLC section of Spore on Origin, and if I search it on the store, it says "purchase".

I contacted a different person from support and they verified that it still shows it's registered to my account on their end.  I tried typing in the code on Origin and it says it was already registered to my account.

What do I do?
