Spore Error Not Found: GL 5626 [ Edited ]

Hi I'm trying to run Spore on my Windows 10 Pro & I keep constantly getting this error that says "Not Found: GL 5626". What should I do to fix this?

The best way you can do and I'd recommend is to contact a game advisor. If you purchased the game through Steam, the product code must afterwards be redeemed manually linked to your account. Hence the problems with the login.

How do you play the game through CD or DL via Origin, need more information

I already have the CD for the game. I have both Spore & Spore Galactic Adventures. I'm also having trouble signing into Spore. For some reason it keep saying that the Spore servers are offline. I have already created a Steam & Origin account. All I'm trying to figure out how to do is to get the Spore servers back online. What should I do?
