Spore Computer Compatability

I have loaded & played SPore, SPore Cute & Cuddley, SPore Galactic Adventures on Windows 7 even though it quotes Windows XP/Vista as the requirements.

Our video card is pretty old & we were thinking of buying Windows qo the latest version but I am worried if Spore and Myst and other old games will still load if we have the newest Windows? Anyone know
