I have Spore on CD that I purchased many years ago. It's linked to my EA account.
However, it doesn't show up in Origins. All of these accounts are linked together and use the same Email address.
When I try to redeem my Spore CD Key in Origins, it says it's already been redeemed.
I opened a ticket with EA and they were able to confirmed that everything is linked under the same email and that my CD code is linked to my account(s). However, it does not show up as a download.
EA was unable to link the digital version of the game to my account through the CD version.
I'm hoping that this is something that can be resolved in the future. Currently, it doesn't appear that EA is able to grant the digital version of the game to those who have the CD version.
