@DLSweetman does it do the same things with emails bc mine is quite long about this length #################@gmail.com but i really haven't tried anything I'm just trying to check out some online features.

Not really sure, I wish I could test that out for you. However, it very well could since they have a character type and limit on the password.

My biggest things was I had special characters, when I removed the special characters that is what worked for me. The clue that turned me on to this was that another person's password was too long.

It doesn't work for me, just shows a message that it's not correct with the EA data base

@DLSweetman i tried changing my password a few times and made it as short as i could but it still doenst work

I just downloaded spore on steam, it wasn't allowing me to log into the servers, like everyone else here. I downloaded it through origin, changed my password to a much smaller one, still isn't working. I have no idea what to do.

I knew what to do. I filed a refund request with Steam.
