Yes, I have. I even tried downloading the app on a friends phone and logging in with my info and the game still crashes before entering Springfield.
I got that same experience. Was told to just wait and keep trying later. No resolution

What worked for you?
It happens after I enter my login information once logged in. I tapped it continue to enter Springfield, and the app shuts down and closes.
