SPORE code redemption: IS THERE A WAY?!

Is there ANY possible way for me to redeem my Spore code for Origin? I just downloaded it, was excited to play and then had this stupid problem: Origin won't accept it. I'm sick of waiting for an EA to respond. Why has no one fixed this yet? If they don't fix this in a week I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I just attempted to redeem my code by selecting the SPORE option with my desired language instead of the automatic "Myspore at Spore.com" option...but now it says that my code was already used!!! IT WAS WORKING AND THEN IT CLAIMS IT'S USED CUZ ORIGIN CAN'T ACCEPT IT! AGHGHHHHH! How do I reset my code? Can an EA give me a new one??? I don't want to have bought this for nothing. This is bogus.
