Ea that is not normal!I did Advanced sbs on 3 different accounts and only player i got was verratti.1 Walkout out of 36 packs.What is this???

Your question is a bit confusing, I miss the EA title and your actual question.

If you have a pack installed, you should always check that this happens on the right account, only you control your packs and personal account and not EA

I don't work for EA, but I‘m the helping hands for Sims on Mac, Simpsons players …
