Origin wants me to enter my spore serial code but i bought it from origin

So basically, origin has removed all my games and to play them i have to enter their serial codes. i still have my sims 4 codes so they worked fine. But i bought Spore directly from origin and the game is gone so how do i get the code to enter it!?

you’ll find  Origin product code in your receipt email or  navigate in your Order History by going to Origin > EA Account and Billing... > Order History or directly by clicking My Account. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/how-to-find-your-product-code-in-origin/
