Newer players can't collect rock stacks [ Edited ]

In act 2 of the Springfield Enlightened event, newer players cannot collect rock stacks. It says location is unavailable.

They would need a premium item such as the Springfield Gorge from the yearbook to do it or wait until level 30 and they unlock the mountain. Why doesn't the brown house work? It is listed as a location for the characters to go to.

Thanks for popping this up. I'm sorry, I've been out for a while and it's taken a day or two to catch up with everything. Would you mind adding a screenshot of what you are seeing in-game to go along with the context you've shared please?

Hi @EA_Lanna   I don't have a screenshot of this as it is not happening to me personally and no one else has posted one. No one else bothered to report this issue so I made this post.

Basically, it is the same as the issue in Act one where the player needed a pond or another item but the characters should go to a brown house but it says Location Unavailable.

So the players need the Mountains which unlock at level 30 or they need a premium item, but they have brown houses but it won't send them there.I believe the brown house is listed as a place they should be able to go.

So is anyone gonna do anything about it before the event ends ? They should maybe half the points for the act 2 when it's fixed as people wasted time by not being able to do it.

Me too button is pointless at this point, it doesn't work for people below lvl 30 and thats the fact, apparently it didn't work last time when the same event happened god knows when so instead of trying to find out how many people are below lvl 30, fix the problem if we know its there.

You need to place a pond thing for the fish and flowers

I finished act 1 of the event and im almost done with act 3 but i cant send anyone to collect rock stacks because it says the location is not available. Lvl 26 someone else said mountains open up at lvl 30 but i dont have any other areas for rock stacks
