My case has been ‘in progress’ for a week now

I submitted a case a while ago and it’s been in progress now for about a week, anyone know how long it’s gonna take to resolve my case? They say I should hear back in 72 hours but it’s been way past that now and i’m missing out on one of the biggest promos on the FUT calendar
