My Springfield was lost

Today September 20th The Simpsons Tapped out performed an update. I was not able to login into origins for several hours. Once I was finally able to login all of my game progress was gone. The game starts from the very beginning. Is there a way to get my springfield progress back???

Have you already tried to update your iOS to iOS6?
