My Games Empty

Hello, I have recently started up origin again after like, a year of not playing. I went through all the updates and stuff, and when I got to my "My Games" all it showed was "Origin Store" and "Free Games" my games weren't there. All I had was Spore Galactic Adventures and Spore Robot Parts. I tried redeeming the code but it said "Code Already Used". I also had to change my password before all this. Any help?
