Missing DLC on Spore profile [ Edited ]

 I have Spore and Galactic adventures on Origin but when I enter my profile my dlc is not shown there and probably for this reason I cannot publish adventures and my captains

i tried to play the game yesterday and it turned out suddenly, that it doesn't see creepy&cute dlc somehow, so i can't change and even open the creatures i've made. how can i fix it? it's shown on my origin profile page that all dlcs are installed and everything is fine, but it's definitely not.

it came back, when i pressed the restore button. anyway, thanx. :D
