Lisa's task, Gazebo "It's A Garden Par-TAY!"

I bought Gazebo for 2 times because of the task, but still the task shows "Place a Gazebo    0/1" and this task doesn't disappear... How come does this happen? I logged out and logged in. I don't wanna spend any more money on it... Somebody HELP! Thanks
