I had this game on a different computer and i logged in how do i download game

Hey @BWalterV 

If you have the game added to your EA account, you can always download it on another device by logging into Origin with appropriate login details 

Then you just need to go to the My Game Library tab, click on the cover of the game and choose Download. Keep in mind that you must log into correct EA account.
