I redeemed the Spore Community Access not the base game now I can't download it [ Edited ]

I can't download Spore on Origin. When I search it on Origin it says that I have the two DLCs but says that I don't have the base game. I bought the base game and the two DLCs.

I think that the problem is that following this guide (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bugs-Technical-Issues/Getting-Started-with-Spore-Registering-installing-an...)

when it says "IMPORTANT! For base game, make sure to redeem actual game and not the Spore Community Access." I think that I'd redeemed the Spore Community Access not the actual game. 

When I try to contact EA I just have the option to call them or get a call but that isn't a good option I'd like to use the live chat. I've used the live chat yesterday but now there isn't such option anymore. 

I can access the spore site using my EA account but I don't have Spore on Steam so I can't download it anywhere 

How can I fix this?
