I lost my game switching networks

How can I get my lost game back it is Dawnvoorhe956. I really would like to recover it. It was my biggest acount but like my 4th or 5th account.  It was lvl157.

Well I lost my game though I have others the Dawnvoorhe956 was the one I worked on for a good long time. This is not the first time I've lost one of my Springfields. As a matter of fact when I tried to get back into my dawnvoorhe956 an old one that I had not been able to get into for a few yrs came up. I play it but I want my lvl156 back and I have tried everything I know.

@cindyvoorh808 you probably entered the anonymous city, the one stored on your device. But I didn't understand what your problem is .. You don't receive the login code?
however if you contact support, they will be able to help you get your city back.
