I have downloaded Spore, but I don't have its box or manual because I used it like five years ago.

How can I retrieve the code to enter the game?

It will not be possible without a box, you have to buy again

Do you remember the Spore account you made while playing the game? If you do, you can use it to log in to your Origin account and install it from there.
