How do I make a Spore account in 2019?

So, I wanted to make my own Spore account for a long time now.

I made an account on EA, but I still cannot log into Spore.

I bought the game and the DLC's a few years ago on a Steam sale.

Can somebody help me?

Also if this is offtopic, then I'm sorry, I'm new to this forum and I yet don't know stuff.

Those server shut down years ago i think that might be why its not working.
