How do I get Lady Duff?

In the wrestling update, Mexican duffman has a story which requires the Lady Duff costume. I have both the Duff brewery and the Duff mobile, but no Lady Duff. How do I get it?  The story will not progress without it.

Lady Duff costume should be in the Yearbook Mystery Box

Refresh until you see Lady Duff in the prizes and then you have a 20% chance of getting the costume

It may take a while to find it because there are more than 700 items in the yearbook

Or you can just leave the questline unfinished, it will go in the task box sooner or later

If you have Duffman and Mexican Duffman, Lady Duff will not appear in the YB. Please contact EA directly.

I did. They told me to add to this post since they could not help me either. Not sure how this is going to help me.

I have Duffman, mexican Duffman, the brewery and the party bus. In my yearbook there is no package that contains Lady Duff. I have searched the yearbook several times.

Keep opening tickets until you get someone to help you. When they say post here or the forum, they are passing the buck to get rid of you.

Phone chat or Twitter are the best option. Try during business hours in US Central Time to try to get someone in the US.

You will have to be persistent and firm, but always be courteous.

I have the same issue.  Tried contacting EA, they blew me off. Sent a link to FAQ advising things I already did ( try on other device, remove and reinstall ).

Same here, support was no help at all.  I keep reopening the case with them to see if it can be escalated.  This is annoying.

Same issue here but I don’t even care about finishing this quest I just want it off my task bar.

I've got the same issues. Tried contacting EA but have gotten no responses.   

UPDATE: I opened a second case.  Explained the situation and EA did respond and awarded me Lady Duffman.
