Help me find solution for "Save game failed - Spore will now exit" error

I have been looking for the solution since 2018 September. I can't do anything about it, it happens even if -There are 30 GB on my C: drive                    

                              -I copied the things from game0.old to game0

                              - I regenerated the entire SPORE folder

                              -Running Spore with Admin rights

My specs: Intel I3 540, 4GB RAM. OS: Windows 81
