Game crashes after completing challenge

Game started crashing after I completed homers first shift in the power plant and crashes every time I open the game. I have done everything EA have suggested to solve it and had no luck

@joshuacoll123 - not sure, but that might be a cut-scene ( a little animated video clip ) struggling to play.
Have a look at recent and background running apps and try to shut down as many as you can to free up memory, or borrow another device just to log in and play that through,
If that doesn't help / isn't possible and you can remember what the quest name is that triggered it I believe EA Help might be able to play it through for you so you can get back to tapping.
