Game Keeps Freezing When I Click a Planet!

I'm playing spore with the galactic adventures expansion on mac with Origin. The game keeps crashing whenever I click on a planet and I haven't had any previous problems like it doing this.

Hello. If you have a Steam version of the game, read this . In what order did you install the game and DLS? If you are using the Steam version of the game, you will need to delete all Spore games and download the games from the origin in this order: SPORE, C & C and GA. Fear not, your creatures and planets will survive. If you're worried, copy the spore folder from my documents folder. If they are deleted, you can bring them back.

@sandyjam_s I'm using origin and I did install them in that order.

In this case, check the integrity of the game files.
