All my progress has been erased from the game. I was past level 60.

@Hazzasalty if entering your city you notice that it is different (nickname, level of play or other) immediately close the app and delete it from the recent ones, then try again. Be careful not to have inadvertently entered the host / anonymous city (the one that does not need to login) on our phone.

@Hazzasalty if even after restarting the application and checking that you have not accidentally entered the anonymous city (without login and saved only on the device) then you just have to contact the call center and ask for a RESTORE to a date when everything was working
