Dump is full, can't complete monorail quest

I can't complete the monorail quests because the dump is full.       

Anyone know hot to fix this 

Btw if you wondering why it's full already, I was making the characters pick up rubbish for xp. Then it got full but I didn't complete the quest because there is another task you have to do that isn't picking up rubbish to move on I did that and the next pt of the quest makes you pick up rubbish but I can't cause the dumps full.

I just figured out how to fix it.

Even though your full continue to click on button t send a character on a job to collect trash.

It will tell you that you that you have too much but just continue to click "go to" and it will take to to this "dilapidated page" where you can trade your trash in for blueprints and pieces of the monorail.

sorry id dnt take any screenshots it was a spur of the moment thing because I've been trying to figure it out to. you can only access it it seems when your trash is full.

@Hiorb You have to spend the garbage by sending the characters to work in the recycling factories (not even which ones you have already unlocked) or by spending it in the railway yard!

@Hiorb Recycling factories (glass, plastic and metals) are provided by the game, simply by following the monorail questline. You have probably complicated the situation by not following the requests of the game and doing your own thing (filling the dump). Do you already have the Rail Yard building?

I haven't got past pt 5 of the quest and I don't have any factories.

@Hiorb - you might be able to ask EA Help to empty the dump for you, explaining you need to add more in order to progress but you can't because you collected all you could a little early, and asking them to remove what you've already collected.

@Hiorb I feel something is missing ... I just completed part of that questline with no problems!

Surely you don't have mission requests for metal depot or Rail Yard placement?

Check in the inventory, in the section dedicated to the monorail (section by categories of the menu) if you have received a deposit or other.

Of course, on Monday you can play the customer service card, as recommended above, but looking carefully through your things doesn't cost anything!

I want to clarify this: with my messages and advice I am trying to understand if it is a bug or an oversight of the user.

If there is something wrong with the game, we will report it to our CMs ( @EA_Lanna  ) to bring it out to the programming staff.

However, it is necessary to check the state of the game, checking the questlines awaiting user action, if there are buildings that have escaped our control and are in the archive .. etc.
It should not be possible to fill the deposit without being able to empty it .. if you make a mistake the game, it MUST BE REPORTED.
This does not mean that assistance can help, but it is also the task of this forum, of AHQ, to identify critical issues in the game and report them!

I had a city that was ready for the test, and just today that questline started.

I tried carefully to get stuck, but I couldn't ...

You get to part 6 quickly and successfully, when the game provides the other buildings, which are useful for trading.

It really takes a few minutes to do everything and you can't go wrong!

Before part 5 the junk deposit (Springfield Dump) is not clickable .. how did you fill it?
