Cant play spore online

I know many people already have sent this but i just bought spore today on steam not knowing that it needs a key to connect to origin in oder to create an account, i searched for help and all the them said to contact ea support to get the key to link to origin so i can play spore on steam, so do i just do a post like this and someone will help me get a key so i can make a spore account?

So, just to make sure i go to the right place, do i click the contact us at the bottom of the help.ea page and fill out the information?
