Can't register a new account on Spore

Hello,

I'm unable to register an account on spore, it only allows me to log in (see attached file, "Accedi" is "Log In" in my language),

previously it was "register" but for testing purposes I logged with the wrong account,

now I'd like to register for my new product key bought from Steam.

Can you help me to reset it to "register" please? any ideas?

This is how I solved, in case it may help others:

I went to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Spore\Preferences and I deleted the file "login.prop"

[for <username> I mean the name of your user on Windows]
