I’m trying to log in my ea games but it tells me that my ea account is disabled and that my credentials might have expired. It’s says that all I have to do is reset my password but I reset it three times ever since it told me this and I still can’t log in.

Hello! If you were referring to logging into the game site, you may need to clear your browser cache. Also, if it doesn't help, use VPN. I also had this problem, the password was correct, but the login was not done.
