Can't connect to Simpson tapped out

Every time I go on to spain tapped out I can't seem to play it tell me I have a Internet connecting problem and I don't I have
A strong connecting and it still not letting me play

No! Nothing works I followed every advise an put in 5 cases for help to EA. I have full service, fast Internet, all my games work but Tapped Out. I am updated to 6.0, fully updated on iTunes, have 39 apps, plenty of available data & nothing. I did everything to solve this; reinstalled, relaunched, did the minus shut off thing, updated my Internet, relaunched my router, deleted the game over & over. Still getting "no connection to server & retry." This is not on our end, this is a EA server issue. All of us have the same problem.
