Can not activate spore

Hi! Just purchased Spore PC version.
Then I loaded Origin, in origin I loaded sport and launched it.


Last two days when I am launching Spore I see only message:
"Извините, возникла ошибка.
Не удалось подключиться к серверам EA и активировать игру"
"Sorry, error occurred.
cannot connect to ea servers to activate game spore".

Mac OS 10.14.4
Cache cleaned
Firewall turned off.

Please tell me how can I fix it or return me my money back -_-

You need to contact a game advisor https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

Older games like Spore can only be added to an account manually.
