Assistance with SPORE

Hello,

I paid for and downloaded Spore but it doesn't seem to work on my computer. it's an Acer Aspire One netbook. 

The message I'm getting is that I'm missing a d3dx9 27.dll file or something like that. 

Can this either be fixed or can I load it onto a different computer.

Its because windows 8-10 has direct x 12, which doesnt contain this file but direct x 9 does contain it
