Annoyingly just got kicked out my game and it’s asking me to login but then it’s loading a different user name? I only have one email? So I called the help desk and they told Me where to go to login with Facebook but I don’t have that option, can anyone help?
@1shelbys1 - that's odd, but here's what I'd try -
Head to settings and force close the game.
Clear the Cache for it while you're there ( don't delete all data or you'll need to do that huge download and everything again )
Reboot your device and try logging in again.
If it still has another game instead of yours do go and delete everything, then uninstall and re-install.
Personally if I do that I log in after it asks your age, but I've seen advice that you should wait until the download finishes first before logging in, better safe than sorry rather than doing it twice !!
