I'm only a player like you, so this is just a thought.

 

I'm putting the details in a reply so if it does work please mark as a solution

 

I really hope it is something EA Help can do for you and wish you all luck

Create a new EA account

Start a new game

When you can, register the new game and log in

 

If that gets codes grab the Mayhem ID, Origin ID and email for it etc.

 

Contact Help and ask if they can swap so your main game's Data / Mayhem ID is on the new account

 

Hopefully that will mean the game that gets codes contains your lost town

 

Please work, I'm burned out trying to find ways round this for everyone !!

@nomiisaden - I'm hoping that's either changed or you got the wrong help tech. One previous issue I asked a tech to check my game data or put me through to someone who could. I got told this was not possible and got nowhere trying to convince them it was, including telling them, repeatedly and firmly, that an earlier issue where all my land tokens vanished was solved by a help tech who went and checked my game data !?!

It took them a little while to find the variables for the tokens and to see how many I did have before it glitched, and was fixed there and then. End call, load game, problem solved - and I'm later told that can't have happened because it isn't possible for a tech to do that !?!

Just a side on logging in issue mine is now working
This is what I did, In all the email receiving programs (PC & Mobile) login to the email go to settings & then look in the spam setting andthen delete all the email addresses on all the platforms you receive emails on then delete the emails then login to the gam send verification I then had to look into the spam folder to find the code
Worked for me hope it works for all of you

@maarnold this doesn’t solve this ongoing code issue, the issue is with the app itself not generating the code in the first place, therefore has no chance to reach a spam folder

Looks like this worked for @MikeBLynn - Woohoo Standard smile That's great news for them, and I hope the many others still not getting any of the code emails can now make use of this tip too
