Allways had problems on pvzgw2 with freezing, the game freezes about 5 to 10 seconds multiple times a day, sometimes it freezes and the game shuts down entirely.

Another problem specially in garden ops is that the AI just stand on the spawnpoint, so you have to go out and find them and kill them to move on, this happens sometimes.

Another problem is on boney island, when the yeti hunt is on, the yeti jumps down in the water and dies and therefore you cannot complete the task.

Forgot to mention that players can freez too in garden ops, cant move, just do emotions like when you are waiting for the round to start, it can happen at a new wave and stops when you are dead or a new wave starts.
