Xbox one crashing when friends join/join friends

Every time me and a friend wants to play in garden ops or in the backyard mode my game will freeze and it then will crash and I don’t know why.

To start, can you try power cycling your system by holding the front button until your system beeps and shuts down. 

If the issue persosts, does it matter who hosts? Does it happen when you both visit each other's backyard, or does it only occur when your friend visits you? 

Does the game crash for your friend too? If you try playing with random other players or other friends do you have any issues?
