Stuck in Title Screen

Hi Good day! I just downloaded the 10 hour trial version of Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 but I already encountered an issue. The issue is it is stuck in the title screen. I can't even play the game and I already consumed 3 hours just because of the title screen where the sunflower is spinning at the lower right part.
