PvZ Garden Warfare Multiplayer Problem

I have just signed up for free month of Xbox live and was initially able to play with other people on PvZ Garden Warfare. But just a few days later when I try to enter the multiplayer portal, used to play with other people, it constantly says “multiplayer error, you or a member of your group does not have the correct permission to access online features.” 

What am I doing wrong?

@joshuasanad Can you try restarting your console then check again? If you hold the button on the front of your system until it beeps and shuts down, that should close all programs and clear your cache, and hopefully this will help you.
