PVZGW2 Emoji bugg

So i was just playing PVZGW2 and i was trying the emojis for the All-Star. The next day i turned my PS4 on the All-Star helmet and emoji were bugged in each other, also i couldn't get rid of anything. Maybe i have to redownload the emoji pack but i don't know how.

Recognizing that this is a very old thread, could you provide information about the resolution of this bug. It is still an issue for me. I am playing on a PC.
