My master code don't work

Hi, I just wanted to say that my Master Code for the trials of Gnomus doesn't seem to want to work for me, please be sure to help me out as its quite troubling because i cant complete the final trial for Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 Trials of Gnomus, and unlock the special characters that wait at the end
