Multiplayer problem XBX1 (I have gold and a good connection)

I can no longer play multiplayer in PVZGW2 as it will not connect me to a sever even though it says it has found the BEST match and promptly booted me out of the portal, making multiplayer inaccessibile even though it worked earlier this year when I bought it

@kzgamer31 Are you still having this issue? If so, can you try restarting your console by holding the front button until it beeps and shuts down, then check again?

Have you tried repeatedly?  A similar issue was affecting PS4 a couple weeks ago, and it was annoying.  But I could always get into a match if I tried for a few minutes, even if it took at least a half dozen attempts.

Same issue here.  It's been going on for at least a couple weeks now.  I get the "found the best match" message, then it eventually times out.

I did a console restart and still had the same issue.

I have posted a query on this topic on the reddit sub.  If there are enough reports, the issue gains more traction and can be escalated.
