Multiplayer Error 2018

I have been playing the multiplayer for this game without issue until the other day. I played in the morning then tried to play later in the evening and ran into a Multiplayer Error that reads, " You or a member of your group does not have the correct permissions to access online features." This seems to coincide with the new Town Hall  challenge.

-I made sure that all the settings allowed for full online access with no restrictions.

-I deleted the other account that wasn't logged in but didn't have an Xbox Live account. 

-I have fully shutdown my Xbox and let it sit for at least 10 mins several times.

-I've logged out, logged in multiple times.

-I've checked my account through Microsoft and all is good.

What am I missing?

@ChickenButt86 Do you still see this issue today? I'm seeing some reports of Xbox issues last week, but they seem to have died down and we're seeing players online.
