I cannot see the health meter, crosshairs, special attacks, etc when playing.

I cannot see the health meter, crosshairs, special attacks, etc when playing.  it makes it quite hard to aim.  is this a known issue/bug, or something I need to change in settings.

I did what the unintelligible customer service agents told me; reinstalled; still no solution. Never mentioned HUD

The HUD settings was it.  Too bad 3 hours on the phone with those guys couldn’t help
