Hi, I apologize in advance for my bad language in English.
I would have a problem, but maybe it's just a bug in the game, in a nutshell I can no longer access the game's mail, when everything worked initially.
I did not do anything different, apart from playing, and I already contacted the EA who excluded technical problems and almost confirmed that this is a game bug.
Every time I go in with my profile, the game tells me that there are messages in the mail, but as soon as I try to get in, it tells me that there is no news.
the thing is very frustrating because I'm missing a lot of things, including gifts.
With other secondary accounts everything works, the problem is reflected in my main profile.
