GW1 content to GW2

I got a letter in my mailbox saying I could transfer GW1 items to GW2 but I cant find it anymore.

The letter shouldn't appear anymore, but they seem to let a lot of little details like that slide.  The transfer was only possible for about a year, unfortunately.
